Our company is seeking entry level managers and experienced managers who have a minimum of 5 years experience working with the mentally ill population. BHR is seeking enthusiastic, sharp, and motivated individuals for our mental health clinics in Union City and Pittsburgh California. Manager must possess ability to “think out of the box” and bring creative ideas and suggestions to organization. This person is needed to develop and successfully lead our clinics. Manager will oversee budgets to ensure that results are met daily.


TITLE: Program Manager

FULL-TIME:    Union City and Pittsburgh Locations
v      Salaried (fulltime) - will be an employee of Medical Group
v      Minimum of 40 hours per week – sometimes long hours may be required
v      Clinic hours: Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5pm and some evening clinic hours    

        depending on clinic location.

SALARY RANGES

Non Licensed Managers
$40,000-$48,000

Licensed Managers
$49,000-$60,000

Salary would depend on:
v      Education
v      Direct job experience in a Mental Health Inpatient and Outpatient facility
v      Proven track record as a successful manager able to handle multiple assignments
v      (3) Solid professional references  
v      Vacation, Medical/Dental and 401k plan offered for Full-Time Only



QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Minimum of BA and RN or Masters Level Manager preferred

2. 5 years experience working with the Mentally Ill population
3. 3 years experience in office, systems, or project management
4. Excellent organizational, problem solving skills and fiscal management skills
5.
Demonstrated ability to develop and lead a team
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES: The Program Manager shall oversee the Operations, Fiscal, Utilization Management and overall office administration/management of the Medication Clinic. Participate in the hiring and facilitate training of all new employees and coordinating information technology support. Responsible for maintaining all confidentiality issues related to HIPAA.

RESPONSIBLE TO: Chief Operating Officer

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Budget and Expense Management: Daily trend and Margin analysis and tracking [i.e. DOF]
2. Submit required weekly and monthly reports to Chief Operating Officer and corporate office in a timely manner.
3. Uphold the highest level of corporate, employee, patient and program confidentiality.
4. Orient, train and manage all full and part-time medication clinic staff.
5. Manage all aspects of team development including team building, recognition and job fulfillment.
6. Supervise/assist reception with routing of incoming mail and packages. Ensure confidentiality of all incoming communication.
7. Responsible for adhering to opening and closing procedures of the clinic. [i.e. Program Manager file cabinets, securing alarm system, locking of med cabinets, medical records, etc.]
8. Manage coverage of phones and patient reception area during clinic hours.
9. Supervise monitoring and timely ordering of office and kitchen supplies, with prior expense approval.
10. Supervise/assist employees with company information and assistance with facilities, supplies, ergonomics and other office-related issues.
11. Manage emergency program and compliance with state and federal regulations for workplace safety.
12. Works closely and in regular coordination/communication with the Chief Operating Officer, Director of Clinical Services, Utilization Review Manager, Medical Director and all other clinic staff.
13. Manage and coordinate all Billing and cash Collections.
14. Responsible for the gathering and timely submission of complete and accurate payroll for clinics employees, contractors and doctors.
15. Supervise and replenish petty cash monthly.
16. Drive productivity and provide ongoing training and professional development feedback for all disciplines within the clinic.
17. Manage the psychiatrists and all staff schedules.
18. Develop all Operational policy and procedure as needed to insure productive and legally/ethically
19. Manage Physician relations and ensure tight operations. Fields all Physician complaints along with Medical Director and Associate Medical Director.
20. Field all concerns related to interface with Pharmacies, establish new policy and procedure as needed.
21. Responsible for oversight of Client Satisfaction outcome and the delivery of appropriate interventions.
22. Other duties as assigned by Operations Department.
