BHR is seeking enthusiastic, sharp, professional and organized corporate office Administrative Assistant.


Status
:  6 Month -Contract Position

      (With possibility for “permanent employee status” at the end of contract)
      - 25 to 32 hours per week

- Monday thru Friday

- Must be flexible

- Must have reliable daily transportation

Starting Salary Range:
$15.00 per hour - $16.50 per hour depending on experience and education

Minimum Qualifications
• Minimum of High School Diploma
• 3 years experience as a secretary working in a professional office setting
Superior computer skills (with word, excel, spreadsheets & power point)
• Must type a minimum of 50 wpm

• Must have excellent written and oral skills
• Experience answering multiple telephone lines
Superior customer service skills

• Must be flexible and able to work in a very fast pace work environment and able to  

   work independently and with little direction

• Must have reliable transportation and be able to travel accordingly
